Maybe as a grown up it doesn’t seems so hard to do all those things at once, but that’s because you’ve probably practiced multi-tasking these skills and/or others. Something as simple as a Medicine Ball Indian Run combines all those elements (and the element of FUN) and helps kids practice maintaining hand-eye coordination, while simultaneously doing other tasks, both physical and cognitive.
