Programming does look different this week and that is intentional. All we ask, as we always do, is to simply show up. We’ve all experienced workouts that look one way and are experienced differently…

Remember that that after the 1pm class Wednesday we are closing the gym for the rest of the weekend. However, we are offering workouts on Saturday and Sunday at 9am that I’ll be teaching starting in Palisades Park on Ocean and Montana at 9am BOTH days. See you there (and be prepared to get in the sand)!!
