85% x 5 reps or more

B) Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes:
1) 20/15 Cal AB
2) :60:30 Pistols
3) 200m Run
4) :30 Split Squat Holds Balance Beam (R&L)

Wednesday’s Workout

5 Rounds for Total Burpees:

In 2 minutes:
3 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
6 Shoulder to Overhead
9 Front Squats
Lateral Burpees the remainder of the time
Rest 2 minutes
