50 Miler Studs and Testing Week
Mental toughness? Check. Grit? Check. Matt Doss, Niki and Alyssa successfully completed the 50 miler on Catalina Island Saturday! Inspiration to all of us at CFLA? Double check.
Every day this week tests different power outputs over different time domains. That being said, cycle 7 is intended to prepare our community for the movements we will most likely see during The Open. Additionally, we are doing the WLC prelims on Saturday. In total this is a lot. Take time to consider which tests are most compelling for you. As always, train smart.
