Friday’s Workout (CAP)
Four rounds for time of:
Squat Clean & Jerk (135/95)
rest 90 seconds

… and coming Monday (NO CAP)
Ten rounds for time of:
5 burpees
10 pullups
15 pushups
20 squats

Think about this for a moment… “Everything you need is already inside.” If that is true, then is life about setting and achieving goals that are somewhere out there, outside of you? Or is it about peeling off layers so that you’re finally able to really know who you truly are, and be everything that you were always supposed to be? Are the truly great ones in life the ones who have somehow figured this out – and aligned their goals with who they already were? Hmmm…
