A lot of people come here looking to learn how to do the Olympic lifts – snatch, clean and jerk. At the very foundation of each of these lifts is simply jumping and landing. When you learn how to jump without pulling with your arms, and then you learn how to land with good, solid squat mechanics, you’ll have mastered a huge chunk of both the clean and the snatch… and a jerk isn’t too far off. Below, Kevin shows the jump with one dumbbell.

Today’s Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 “L” Pull Ups
10 Dips
15 Jumping Squats
