A great place for a workout in a city is a back alley – very little traffic, like your own 100m track. Shelley (foreground) and Gina dash 100m.

WOD (workout of the day)
repeat 4x for time:
100m sprint
10 burpees
100m sprint
10 star jumps
100m sprint
10 push ups
100m sprint
10 jumping lunges
rest 2 minutes; repeat
