There are lots of “alternative therapies” that people use to keep themselves healthy. A couple that I use regularly – hot/cold showers and nasal rinsing. The other day, I came across one that I have never heard of called “dry brushing“. What are some of the methods or techniques you use to keep yourself healthy?
