An Update on Pat

I just wanted to give the CFLA community an update on my training with the wonderful Pat.  It’s been several months since we started, and the progress has been tremendous.  Pat’s ambition and drive every week helps me to guide her program in order that she develops in all areas. 

Several weeks ago, I introduced the ladder movements into her sessions, and watching her hop, skip, or shuffle through the moves isn’t only impressive, it’s also remarkable.  I have her doing scaled pistols, to work on strength and balance.  I work in ring rows, wall pushups, and also had her flipping a tire a few weeks ago! 

We’ve also been working hard on her core strength, because as we all know, it starts there.

Training with Pat continues to be transformative and a great experience for both of us, and I look forward to our continued relationship and work.
