We’re having some great summer weather in Southern Cal. Get out there and enjoy it… take a kettlebell to a park or a track and try this workout.

400m Run
11 Kettlebell swings – left arm
11 kettlebell swings – right arm
6 Turkish get ups – left arm
6 Turkish get ups – right arm
