Clean and Jerk

5-3-1-1-1-1I’m curious…has anyone here started anything new since beginning CrossFit? If you have, what is your experience? I decided that after years of wanting to I was going to learn to salsa dance. I went out last Wednesday night to an open class, and if I do say so myself, I didn’t do too bad for a first timer. I felt confident enough after an hour to stay and keep dancing with all the seasoned pros for hours. I don’t know how I would have done years ago, but I can’t imagine that CrossFit hasn’t helped my ability to learn new skills. What have you tried that’s new? Did you surprise yourself? If you haven’t done something new, have you found that your favorite sport has gotten easier and more fun?
