At 57, 42 is pretty good!

Bill is 57 years old… and today I watched him do 42 pull ups! There are only 2 other people at Petranek Fitness with more pull ups than him. Now ask yourself, “What am I capable of?” But I warn you… don’t answer too quickly… if you’re a CrossFitter and/or one of our students, you’ll be breaking through what you thought was possible way before you know it!
