Baby On Board!
Carolyn has been CrossFitting now for almost 2 years – and the past 9 months, she’s been doing it “+1”. She’s gettin’ ready to pop the end of this month. I wanted to take a minute to acknowledge her courage, commitment, discipline, stamina and strength… there are very few pregnant women out there who would continue going strong while CrossFitting into the 10th month. Way to go Carolyn – you’re a fantastic role model for all women, pregnant or not!
