Back in the Game
Michael’s looking different in the photo below… how? He’s wearing workout clothes. What’s the big deal with that? Well, he’s been nursing a back injury now for about 6 months, unable to do any sort of physical training at all – and just last week was able to do his first workout (scaled, of course) without experiencing back pain! He’s been disciplined and consistent with his rehab, icing, stretching, and therapy, and it looks like it’s paying off. Michael, we’ve missed you in the training mix – welcome back!
Hill Sprints – 5x
– find a steep hill, approximately 1/10 mile long – and sprint to the top.
