If you CrossFit, you’re practicing living these words each and every time you show up for a workout. However, events like our local, quarterly CFLA Challenges, and the annual CrossFit Games are opportunities to really lay it out on the line. Tomorrow, 9 of our own CFLA members head down to Orange County for the Southern California CrossFit Games Regional Qualifiers. They will be competing for the 6 available individual slots for men and 6 for women to represent Southern California in the upcoming CrossFit Games. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Split Jerks (m-95, w-65)
10 push Jerks
10 pull-ups – dead hang
400m run
