For Time:
10, 9, 8, 7, 6… , 1
Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks
1, 2, 3, 4, 5… , 10
Dips

– In the first round do 10 clean & jerks and 1 dip, then 9 & 2, etc until you finish with 1 clean & jerk and 10 dips
