Yes, I’m OK… thanks for the concern… have just been under the weather for the past 2 days and didn’t get the site updated last night.

On another note, Jennifer Fader has accomplished A TON since she first started with us last year. Congratulations, Jennifer! Read about it in her Tuesday, June 3rd entry of her workout journal.

Today’s Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
400m Run
Max set of sit-ups
– a max set ends when you must take a rest or break rhythm
