Hey guys! In this video I regretfully share that I will no longer be coaching at Oak Park / CrossFit LA after the current training cycle ends on November 17. This is a bittersweet change for me, because I’m both excited for a new season of my life and sad to not coach all of you anymore. When I see you in the gym, I’ll share more insight as to what my next steps are going to be. For now, please know that I love you all, and I plan to stay involved in the community by taking classes, attending gym events, and/or participating in parties and social events.
