Big Weight, Be Strong!

What’s one way you can tell an experienced CrossFitter from a novice? As a person with experience tires over the course of a workout, his form at the finish looks almost identical to that with which he started. A novice with good instruction, on the other hand, will start each set with good form, but as he tires, his form also deteriorates. In the case of a deadlift, this usually means rounding the back and dropping the chest.

Today’s Workout

5 minutes – max pull ups
rest 1 minute
5 minutes – max push ups
rest 1 minute
5 minutes – max sit ups
rest 1 minute
5 minutes – max squats
