Body Comp Progress

Over the years we’ve brought in the hydrostatic body fat truck — sometimes at random intervals and often before and after a Whole Life Challenge. This time we are bringing in the body fat truck around a CFLA cycle, the idea being that the test and retest of a cycle measures our progress in terms of strength and fitness. The body fat truck can measure body comp progress during that same period. Did we lose fat as we trained? Did we gain lean muscle mass?

Cycle 12 begins August 14 and ends the week of November 14. The body fat truck will be here Thursday, August 11 from 7am to 7pm with appointments every 10minutes, and it will return Monday, November 21 also from 7am to 7pm — right before Thanksgiving :).

In November, I would love to hear how adding a body-comp dimension to “test week” works for you.
