BOO!dy Battle 2017

I love the Buddy Battle. I’ve seen some amazing PR’s happen during the last three competitions – PR’s the athlete themselves did not think would happen. I’ve seen extreme butterflies pre-competition and true exhilaration post. I’ve seen team bonds form in the most supportive of ways to the extent that the pair are still close today.

I highly, highly encourage you guys to participate in our upcoming Buddy Battle, fondly name the BOO!dy Battle because, hi, Halloween – which means you get to workout in costumes! It’s a great way to have fun and get after it in a competitive context yet still feel a safe and encouraged because you’re at your home gym.

Saturday, Oct 14 is the Boo!dy Battle. The workouts are partner-style for same-gender teams in both an Rx or “Party” division. The cost is $100 per team. Medals will be won and there will be a BonsyQ after.

Find your partner and sign up in the Tall Room near the stairs! If you don’t have a partner, but you want to participate, we will find you a partner. Workouts will be announced soon. Just don’t miss out.
