Knees to elbows is an exercise that to do properly, requires functional strength of your entire body. It’s very different from similar exercises you do in the gym where your elbows are supported on a bench or in straps hanging from the bar. Try it – you’ll quickly see what we’re talking about.

WOD (workout of the day)
4 rounds for time of:
11 burpee pull ups (burpees w/ a pull up in the middle of the jump)
10 dumbbell thrusters (35# dumbbells)
1 rope climb
7 ball slams
75 squats
