Coach Luke Kayyem and his wife Najla, besides being great people, run an incredibly tight CrossFit program with foundations in solid coaching and community participation rivaling any of the top CrossFit locations in the country. With a group of strong coaches, a school-like environment, students eager to learn and grow, and a community committed to FULL engagement and participation, they are without a doubt THE place to visit when in the greater Phoenix area, and/or join if you live there.
Oh, and by the way, any CFLA member traveling around the country this Spring or Summer… we encourage you to visit other CrossFit locations. Though we can’t guarantee your experience is the same as at CFLA, there is a lot of great coaching out there… and it’s always valuable to train and learn from others.
