Leaderboard – 2-3 chances to get your name up on the leaderboard!Becoming a better athlete, making better food choices, creating exercise as a habit — these are all things that take time. Learning how to put all these pieces together and create fitness as a lifestyle is what we do. It’s a little like building a fort. You have a bunch of pieces and you have to put them together the right way to build them up to something larger than the sum of the pieces. If your fort isn’t quite working, if you’re eating junk food, or you didn’t make the team this season, maybe it’s time for us to help you look at the pieces and build a new fort.
