Today’s Workout
For Time & Reps:
Kettlebell snatches – 24 kg – as many as possible in 5 minutes
– 1 minute rest
4 rounds of
50 arch rocs
50 sit ups
– 1 minute rest
Push Ups – as many as possible in 5 minutes

– record KB snatches and push ups, and total time for workout
