Our new CrossFit Kids LA program is all about providing kids with a foundation in good movement and creating a lifelong habit of exercise, because exercise CAN be fun. The tool we use is physical fitness, but our philosophy is that training CrossFit increases quality of life, both inside and outside the gym – children learn to become leaders and successful human beings. Like martial arts, we also have a ranking system, so children can celebrate their accomplishments along the way and feel like champions.

The CFLA Kids program is now enrolling. “Little Champs” is for kids ages 3 to 5 and “Champs” is for kids ages 6 to 12. For more information, workouts, and photos, visit the CFLA Kids Blog.
