Sit UpsAs the CrossFit LA Kids program continues to grow, I get excited over and over about new projects and new ways to interact with families regarding their health and fitness. I love helping people to find their inner superhero and, for me, CFLA Kids has been a unique and powerful tool in reaching whole families. It’s like starting from the ground up and I feel there’s a real difference that can be made in the happiness and longevity of the families we work with. Imagine you had started CrossFit as a little one. Imagine you had known the things you knew now about your nutrition, exercise and health. What if you had known fitness could be fun?

In keeping with the idea that fitness is fun, one of the newest things we’ve added to the CrossFit LA Kids program is birthday parties. We host birthday parties with a CrossFit twist for kids ages 3-12. Our two hour parties include workouts, games, free play and other activities. It’s a great way for your kids to have fun, get some exercise and try something new. It’s also nice for the parents not to have to clean up afterward!
