Our Open House is the perfect opportunity to see what CFLA Kids is all about and have your questions about the program answered. On Saturday, August 28th, from 3-5pm, we will be holding workouts, games, obstacle courses and more to show the little ones how fitness can be fun. We will also explain the full breadth of our program, which involves a lot more than just working out. More than anything though, CFLA Kids is about instilling that FITNESS = FUN.
