Spend 20 minutes working on your handstand walking. Make at least one attempt at a max distance.

10 Dumbbell squat cleans (25/15)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 SitupsNow’s a great time to remind you all of our upcoming Winter Holiday Challenge! We’ll be sending you all the details in an email, but the challenge this year is to practice a whole bunch of different skills related to your handstand… including pike holds, shoulder tapping, inverted shrugs, one-armed handstands, and then, all of the above, but freestanding! Trust me, it’s universally scalable – so everyone can participate!

The challenge starts next Monday, December 12th, and runs for 31 days, through January 11th. We’ll have a Facebook group page so you all can post pictures and videos. This is a great way to maintain your momentum through the holidays and to build on a skill that many of us need lots of practice in. Remember – no excuses! The challenge is free… it’s simply about putting your name down, showing up, and sharing your results.
