10 (each arm) Renegade RowsAs most of you have come to realize rather quickly, when you start training at CFLA, the women here are a unique and powerful bunch. Earlier this year we held our first “girls only” event and it was a great success. So, following in those footsteps, we now present the “Women of CFLA Walk & Talk.” Kathryn Tubbs and Carolyn Freyer-Jones joined me in organizing this event, which will take place on Sunday July 11th. It is a two part outing — first, we will go on a hike led by Kathryn, in Will Rogers Park. Then, second, we will have a picnic while Carolyn and I lead a talk on goal setting and creating a life that excites you, both in and out of CrossFit! This day will be a fantastic opportunity to meet or get closer with the other ladies of CFLA. No boys allowed!
