15 Abmat Sit UpsWe don’t usually announce our forthcoming Challenge until after the finals of the Challenge we’re in… but I’m so excited about this next one that I simply can’t wait to tell you all about it! Every challenge, since the first one I ran back in 2002, has been about performance improvement. How much can you improve your time/score over 8-10 weeks? And while this has been really effective, it leaves out a big piece… a piece that includes nutrition, fuel, hydration, mobilization and the daily lifestyle habits/choices that have an impact on them all. That is where our next challenge begins…

In a sense, it’s been in development for the past 10 years, but in reality, we’ve been working on it now for about 3 months. We’re calling it the “CFLA Whole Life Challenge”. It will be an 8-week intensive health and fitness challenge to calibrate your entire being toward the lifetime goal of no holds-barred, take-no-prisoners, no-excuses, gettin’-everything-out-of-it physical & mental excellence.

Details will be forthcoming in our newsletter… suffice it to say it will include 4 main components: Performance, Body, Nutrition, and Daily Habits; it will include an on-line scoring system… and will, like all of our other challenges, include cash and prizes for the winners. This is something you’re not going to want to miss… it all gets started on Saturday, March 26th. Look for it!
