Citrus Chia Seed pudding

I’m coming at you with something simple. So easy a child could make this recipe. In fact, get your kids in on making this- it might make them want to eat it.

Citrus Chia Seed Pudding

What you’ll need:
1 can coconut cream
1/4 cup plus a bit chia seeds
Juice of half an orange
1 tsp orange zest
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 orange segments
2 dates chopped finely

Mix all ingredient together in a bowl- adding orange segments last. Refreigerate for a few hours.
