It’s about this time of the summer that I start to realize I’m going to have a problem come September. Yes, my eating habits right now are atrocious. Not as bad as they’ve ever been, but bad enough that I’m noticing feeling differently regularly, I’m noticing how regularly I’m having ice cream (and craving it when I don’t), I’m noticing how large my dinners have become, and I’m noticing a regular lack of adequate water consumption in favor of coffee or just nothing at all.

I’ll definitely notice an improvement simply by writing this post… and I encourage any of you that read this that are experiencing something similar to chime in in comments.
