Coach Rip

I know a few of you have heard us talk about Coach Rippetoe. He was our teacher at the CrossFit Powerlifting seminar a few weeks ago and is the author of a FANTASTIC book on the fundamentals of lifting barbells – Starting Strength. He’s flanked her by Dawn (left) and Becca.

Today’s Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
Bench Press – bodyweight, max reps
400m Run
– Record your total number of reps and completed rounds.
