At the end of last year Becca made a commitment to getting a lot stronger and started lifting heavy on a regular basis. Well, she proved last week that it worked – with a PR deadlift of 210 pounds! It’s no mystery that we’ve seen a little more lifting in the workouts regularly. Building up a base level of strength makes a huge difference in all kinds of effort, inside and outside of your workouts. Way to go Becca and all of you who PR’d in the last week!
