For the Pistols – work on keeping your spine flexed and chin over the knee longer (especially out of the bottom). Third, see if you can apply the, “pace” work we’ve been doing to Friday’s Mental Toughness WOD, “Maya.” Finally, enjoy the quick lil’ dance my hip hop coach Paul will be teaching all those that signed up for his class on Sunday, June 22.
