Commitment to Form

Today’s Workout

5 rounds, for time:
300m row
8 overhead squats (135/95)

How committed are you to perfect form? Does form go out the window when you start trying to go fast? Or do you only allow yourself to go as fast as good form permits? There are reasons for good form, both in terms of injury prevention and in terms of performance. There is a structural purpose behind doing things correctly. Ultimately, being patient and practicing form will allow you to go faster, harder and stronger. It just takes patience in the meantime. Next time you’re in the middle of a workout, think about it. Are you committed to good form? And what are you going to do about it?

Andy and Logan can safely say they went chest to deck.
