We went from 2 columns to 3 columns to make more things accessible without having to scroll down… and added a few little new graphical elements. Big thanks to Otto Lejeune for many years of site design, maintenance and support. We love what he does for us, and we hope you like it too!

Additionally, all of you that are members of CFLA know that we have created the CFLA Community Network. It is a place for our members to communicate directly with one another, connect and network outside of class time, find others to do fun things with, post events and create groups, and to share their thoughts, ideas, rants and/or workouts in their own personal blogs. Parts of our Network are available for anyone to see, but membership is exclusively reserved for members of CFLA.
