30 Abmat situpsToday’s a day to bring your ego. What? Yes, you heard me correctly… bring your ego… and go for it! Today’s a Competition day. That means GAME ON. It’s living on the edge, climbing out to those skinny branches way up at the top of the tree. Intentionally going for it in a way that might mean form breaks (as long as your depth and height is good).
One of the things I used to tell my teams before going into a race… it’s our job to go as fast as we can, cut the corners, push the envelope – just as long as we’re still inside the rules and don’t get caught. Competition means doing whatever you need to do to win… and this takes practice. That’s what Competition Days are all about. Bring it!
