“Concentration” Workshop with Jared Cohen
If you come to class regularly, you’ve met Jared Cohen, our sports psychology intern who has been giving free one-on-one sessions to members. The intent of the sessions is to help us become clearer about why we do what we do and how to cultivate the behaviors that will support us to have a more meaningful experience in class.
On Saturday, Nov 11th, from 11:15am-12:15pm Jared will be giving a workshop on the topic of concentration. In the workshop, he’ll speak into what concentration is and how to apply it to improve performance and recovery. This workshop is free to all students.
Look for the sign up sheet in the Tall Room. The workshop is capped at 12 people.
