Today’s Workout
Push Press 5-5-5-5-5
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
8 seated DB shoulder presses (30/20)
8 4 ct. flutter kicks
8 DB box step-ups (box height is such that hip crease is below knee when the athlete puts her foot on the box)The following video was captured during our annual Trevor WinE team workout… the costumes certainly made the workout pain more tolerable!
