TUESDAY’S WORKOUT (CAP)
PRACTICE

A) MU work and Ring Rows – 15 min knee and sit priority
knee to sit skills
3×10 ring rows

B) 15 Min for max quality load:
1 Power Snatch, 2 OHS, 3 Snatch Balance
– goal is to complete full complex without dropping the bar with as heavy a load as possible with quality form.

C) For total score:
3 min row for Calories
2 min rest
2 min max DBSC
1 min rest
1 min max air squat

MENTAL TOUGHNESS

5 Thruster 95/65
10 Pullups
200m RunI’ve been seeing a lot of “funkyness” a the tops of people’s deadlift… reps that during the Open, won’t count…
