I was reading the book called “Lone Survivor” over the weekend (a fantastic, true story about the heroic actions of Mike Murphy and his team of four Navy SEALS in Afghanistan). As I read the chapter about the first phase of SEAL training and the notorious Hell Week, I found myself thinking, “I’d like to test myself to the limit like they do in BUD/S. I wonder if I could make it? Am I tough enough to make it? Is there an age limit?” Then I thought, “Am I crazy?!”

Sometimes we need a CRAZY image to help inspire us to new heights in our training. It doesn’t mean we have to go out and do it! Here’s another one – climbing Mt. Everest – Everest: Beyond the Limit
