CrossFit LA Prodigy
Time vs. Task Oriented Workout
TIME:As many rounds as possible, in 7 min:
5 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 Box Jumps (24/20)
4 min rest
TASK: Athlete’s AMRAP score, for time.
-In the first part of this WOD, you will complete the time oriented, 7-minute AMRAP, workout for a score of rounds plus all reps.
7 rounds + 5 OHS + 8 box jumps.
-In the second part of this WOD, you will complete the task, your score from the from part 1, for time.
The intention of this WOD is to complete your task in less than 7 minutes.
7 rounds + 5 OHS + 8 box jumps, for timeOur CFLA Prodigy program is alive and thriving! What are…or, more accurately, WHO are the Prodigy? They are the CrossFit LA teenagers! Every Tuesday at 4pm we work with them for an hour, cultivating their super powers and teaching them CrossFit.
Starting the second week in September we will be adding a Saturday class to the Prodigy program!
If you know any teenagers who might be interested, they are welcome to come and try out a class for free.
If YOU are interested in getting involved in either our teen (13-17 yrs old) or kids (5-12 yrs old) program, let me know!
