Cycle 6 Testing Week

Cycle 6 will be a lot of fun.  Throughout we will be developing our strength endurance, playing with sand bags, honing the kipping pull-up,  and developing a solid 20 rep max front squat. Be mindful what days you intend to test and retest this cycle.  Watch the video for a brief review of Cycle 6 testing week.  Good luck and have fun.
