Egg On a StickLearning the movements in CrossFit Kids LA does not just mean being able to mirror the instructor. Our students go through different stages of learning until they are able to demonstrate complicated movements step by step, without the assistance of an instructor. They start out by following the instructor’s directions, then being able to demonstrate different positions on cue, and then being able to do the entire movement independently. This way, our students gain not only the ability to do the movement, but also a true comprehension of the movement that they can take out into the world.
