6 C2B pullups
9 clapping pushups
– start 2nd round exactly where you left off after round #1

When’s the last time you went for 30 days doing something that wasn’t already a habit (like brushing your teeth) without missing? It’s incredibly difficult and requires a tremendous amount of consciousness. Each day isn’t really that difficult, but to link them together and not miss… that is the trick. The Inversion Challenge is a great way to practice… even if you don’t keep up with the number of seconds each day, just get upside-down, every day.
