Did POSE sink in?

I had a few people comment today that they weren’t sure if the techniques they learned in the POSE seminar this past weekend “sunk in.” Let me be really clear – these techniques won’t just sink in. Concepts, sure, but the technique must be practiced, practiced and practiced more. And I’m talking about intentional practice… very short runs (100m), resting between each, even if it’s just long enough to allow you to “reset” your body and mind – to fully focus on the techniques you want to integrate. It took me about 6 months of practice before I felt like I was somewhat naturally “posing” while running in the middle of a CrossFit workout. Thoughts?
