Did you bite off more than you can chew?
So you’ve had 20 days since the beginning of the year… have you stuck with whatever resolution you set for the new year? Can you see yet with more clarity whether the goal you set was realistic? What about the habit you’re in the process of developing – was it too much too soon, or have you been able to stick with it each day for the past 20 days? It may still be too early to know the actual answers to these questions, but can you see directionality? After 20 days of experience, can you see yourself achieving that goal you set, or maintaining your new daily habit? If you can’t, it’s a great time to re-evaluate. Post thoughts to comments.
