Here’s a sentence you don’t often hear: “47 year old vegan crossfitter competes in a bodybuilding competition…”  Not only did she compete, but Diz killed it Saturday.  

Now, it’s the time for the OPEN again!  Teams are drafting tonight so do like I’m doing and get signed up today!!!

85% x 5+

B) FT
50 Wallballs to 10’

30 Double unders
10 Toes to bar
5 Power cleans (65-70%)
